ERROR MODEL

I try to spawn an infected citizen and I get an error with a t-posing citizen inside, this shows up in console

Model models/ba2/infected/ba2_handfix.mdl has mismatched .vvd + .vtx files! Model missing: models/ba2/infected/ba2_handfix.mdl

Your installation appears to be corrupt; the .gma is somehow missing one of the addon's files. If reinstalling the addon doesn't work, I'm not sure how to approach this.
