Zombies exploding on death

Not sure when it started, but when I kill the zombies, they explode. I want them to go back to just dying normally. Any setting I need to change or mod that's messing with this?

Ummm... interesting. Nothing programmed in this mod makes them do that. Have you installed anything new lately?

Must be a weapon mod or something, I think I have to start testing them one by one. Thanks for the help.

you are maybe using one of my mods which has the option to explode nextbots when killed, id recommend disabling the mod in general for the time being
