(Heavy Repentance Spoilers)My thoughts about Tainted Diesaac
Tainted Diesaac would have the same stuff as his normal variant,but different. He takes the appearence of the Cracked Dice trinket,with bleeding eyes that are fully black! But not only that,he also rerolls enemies & obstacles when taking damage.
Ever Changing Rooms!:When Tainted Diesaac takes damage,Enemies & obstacles are rerolled!
Unlike the Normal Diesaac's starting items,Tainted Diesaac starts with Rainbow Worm,& D10 in his consumable slot.
Sorry I edited this,It's just so that Tainted Diesaac doesn't seem to be the harder version of Tainted Eden,but what do you think is idea anyway?

I think its a good idea tbh! although I'm not actually going to get Repentance for a bit, this sounds good.

that seems like a even more hardcore tainted eden imo

the nerf of the d100/D4 was the problem, idk probably other idea will be ok! :D :steamhappy:

Hey, glad you’re enjoying the mod! I’ve been brainstorming about Tainted Diesaac ever since I learned about the existence of the alternate characters. Pretty much the first thought I had was that he should be themed after the Cracked Dice trinket in some way, as many people have suggested that regular Diesaac should start with it. My current idea is half-formed at best, and doesn’t quite line up with yours, but hopefully you’ll find it cool nonetheless :)

it's certainly a bit difficult to imagine a tainted version of disaac that isnt just a tainted eden too... but depending on how good your coding is, what if tainted diesaac had the capability to do stuff like reroll item POOLS, or reroll entire room generations? stuff that's a little bit wild

actually, what if tainted diesaac always had chaos active?
unrelated, if diesaac is supposed to have one of every ehart, u gott update em for repentance to hve a rotten heart too

I think it might be interesting for it to go the complete opposite direction, where instead of increased randomness, a huge amount of randomness is removed. But that's just a thought.

i have an idea on how Tainted Diesaac could work:

Tainted Diesaac starts with Pocket Red Key + Crystal Key, a 0.8 damage multiplier, 3 red hearts, and Dice Shard. He has a downside where there is a natural 20% chance that he rerolls items with a quality of 3 when coming across them, and cannot find items with a quality of 4. The gimmick of Tainted Diesaac is that his runs always use the same seed, that probably being something like "TD1E SAAC". The bearer of misfortune and chaos is now on the path of law and order.

I Was Thinking Why Not Give Him Chaos And The D Infinity While Giving Him The Ever Changing Enemies? And Make His Look Similar To The D Infinity? Go For That True Chaos xD
