Several items I didn't make because they already existed in the workshop. (a fridge being the most obvious example) both of these suggestions already have workshop items for them, I know there is already tf2 computer/keyboard/mouse, there are multiple tvs, and the microwave is part of the agent gunn props pack i believe

Noticed you got an ironing board in there, but how 'bout an iron? Having something to complete the set might be nice, unless there's a pack out there that has one.

Oh man I really love how versatile all the current models are! If you plan on doing more, then I've got quite a few ideas to throw in if you're up for 'em:

- Dining table + chairs

- A simple table, but that is resizable so it allows changes to its width, length, and height (far fetched but an idea nonetheless)

- A standing lamp + table lamp + hanging ceiling lamp

- A basic carpet (UV in a way that allows for the textures to easily be replaced for custom designs) [also maybe a slider that changes the thickness?]

- A recliner + matching foot rest

- A simple standing shelf + single-piece wall shelf (basically a plank on the wall [length slider?])

- wall outlet + switch (the switch that comes with the SFM beta files has a conduit attached and is generally more industrial)

- Extra potted plant life and fauna

- Some different simple door designs, front doors and interior doors included. maybe a peephole could be included as well. (at the same scale of the "team doortress" workshop item, as "Suburbia" was based around that).

- Folded colorable towels (can have an open variant if you want, but I can imagine rigging would be a pain)

- Clothes hanger + a super-generic colorable shirt to go along with it + a resizable bar for them to all go on

This is a pretty big list, sorry 'bout that. These are just ideas after all, you can just pick and choose which ones you'd wanna do. However, if you made 'em all, I'm sure they'd help fill a niche theme that has long been void of content!

I think this exists. however i need to double check. I know table wear exists, like a surprising amount. I personally would have just fork knife spoon, but this guy did like salad forks, steak knifes and desert spoons too.

I couldn't do that, any details would get stretched out. However, I make a table thats modular. have bodygroups like middle piece and side pieces. so you could make it as long as you want.

Great idea, I can't believe I didn't think of that one.

I am unsure how use sliders to change uvs in sfm. I think I also tried to make wallpaper and carpet textures at one point, but moved on because the design principles of tf2 made it difficult for any of them (that weren't just a solid color) fit well.

I was going to do a recliner, I was going to use the airplane chair as a template, however I couldn't find where the file was located. I had to let it go because amount of shapes and moving parts got to be too much effort for just one item. maybe someday

I can't remember for sure, but I believe one of those already exists. but it was just like a normal map overlay or something.

I need to look into that, if I make any doors, I think it would be those wooden closet doors that are like blinds.

yeah, i've been meaning to do that, and a toilet paper holder.

yeah I can see that. however, I'm going to put this on the bottom of the list for the moment. My hope is I start a trend with TF2 workshop items. up until now, animators didn't have any tf2 furniture and they had to use other things during animations, now I hope its just "oh i only need this one thing, I'll make that real quick."

- Doors. The Team Doortress doors work well enough, but there's very little variety and I think it would be nice to have TF2 style doors that look better in a home setting. And also a door for the entrance to a house (y'know, with a window of some sort)

- Curtains. Pretty much the only option I've been able to find for window coverings so far is the curtains from Mann Manor. I can resize them, but they only come in the one color and it hardly fits with the domestic aesthetic imo.

- Rugs. Just some decently sized 50's-70's style floor rugs. Or even just basic color rugs, honestly.

- Bookshelves. Again, I've only really found the Mann Manor bookcases which are definitely a certain style and only come in Big and Wide. I was looking for something more house-sized, maybe even a more slender shelf unit as well.

- Hat Rack/Coat Stand. I honestly can't believe I haven't seen one yet.

I've done a fair bit of searching, but not like.. hours [i/] or anything, so if I mentioned something that exists just lemme know. Cheers!

idk the scaling would be hard for me to translate in maya. right now im break from making new stuff. idk for how long. kinda got burnt out

the bathtub, but with a water body group, for low, medium, and full
