I'm not the mod maker, but you should try and see if there's a mod using the same key that this mod uses to remove a portal. For example, mods that look like they could delete half of a map and use the same key you use to remove portals. Because multiple times in the past, my mods have overlapped using the same key as one another, and when I pressed that key numerous things happened at once, causing chaos. if not im left clueless

Now, Even though im not the maker of this mod, you should still try this and see if this is what's causing it.
