This mod seems to chance Zhao Yun's english voice already but unfortunately its another generic general voice :D :(

Kind of a late reply but can confirm Yuan Shu is (unfortunately) intended to have a generic strategist voice - even his recorded flyby intro in the 190 and 194 starts has it, and those lines are prerecorded and can't be changed . The only characters that have unique voices IIRC are Liu Bei, Cao Cao, Yuan Shao, Gongsun Zan, Sun Jian, Dong Zhuo, Lu Bu, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Sun Ren, Zhang Jiao, and now Liu Zhang and Sun Quan. The other unique characters appear to have generic voices.
