"Quality of Life" update - Changelog
Since Warhammer 3's Immortal Empire campaign might be far away for the moment I'm preparing one last update for this mod for Warhammer 2.

I call it "Quality of Life" update since it completly overhaul my Ostland overhaul - well maybe not completly but in huge parts of it ;)

The main goal is/was to re-work the experience you get from/with Solland.
In the current public version Solland feels more like an incomplete mis of Empire and Bretonia which I tried to change.
I worked roughly about two months on my current beta mod which is not released for public and I can say Solland does its own thing now.
To clearify that a bit: no Solland is not a completly new faction but stays as an Ostland overhaul but the play mechanics in battle have changed and as soon as you play it you will recognize what I mean - hopefully.

In the following I will try to let you informed what things have changed, what is new and so on.

As side from functionality updates this will be the last update which adds new content.
After finishing it it will be the new starting point for the Warhammer 3 conversion and import of this mod.

At the end I want to thank everyone who reads this and play/played with this mod!

General
- added several new models and textures
- several changes in variants/appereance for nearly all units
- several units are rebalanced
- unit costs are recalculated
- added skill and tech support for the vanilla techs/skills (red skill line for example)
- added custom battle capacities (for the ones who play with them)
- added porthole pictures for every unit
- repaired the building effects of the "Swordsmith"-chain
- several minor changes done in the background

Units
- new unit: "Grenzwacht" (eng. Border Patrol)
- new unit: War Clerics, support buffer
- new unit: Clergymen, support buffer
- new unit: Order Sisters, support medic
- re-designed unit: "Huhn-Reiten Ritterbrüder" are now called "Schwarzgreifen", demigryph unit is now a ror
- removed the Ritterbrüder (lance and shield)
-> Ritterbrüder (shield and sword) had been adjustet
- several units have now abilities to support their role on the battlefield
