you need to research "Limb-Torso Support Structures" before the surgeries show up.

How do I add extra legs
I researched "Movement Limbs Improvisation," but idk how to add more legs, does it just do nothing?

if I recall, I believe you can go into the mod options and unlock that option for extra legs, I believe. Can't remember if it's part of the mod or not normally, but if I remember you can mess with it to have like six arms if you like. Depends how OP you want your colonists or, in my case, certain colonists.
