(All music volumes set into 0.65)
I'm currenly using my own mod for 3 months. Are you sure that your music volume is at full at settings?
Not all the songs have equal volume, so some songs are louder than the others. However, I cannot mention all of them as I only noticed it when in-game and didn't particularly pay attention to the titles, but one example is "Ein Schifflein sah Ich Fahren", which sounds less loud than the other songs.
P.S. I'm only using the German marches
You can use audio editing programs, like Audacity, to normalize the volumes. That way the volumes will be the same across different songs
Here's a better, less cartoony, version of À la Volonté du Peuple: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Up80PWRx9zc
and a more clear version of Mick's March:
