hi, loving your mod, i've been using it for close to two years now and can't see any issues with it. but i would like to ask how do i remove the muslim clothes overlay and the disease whenever a character converts/gets sick? i've tried going to the mod files and removing the files directly from both the code and the file itself but all it's done is ruin the character portraits in game.

please help as i really like using this mod :((
