Religious Clothing for Vanilla submod?

What is the Religious Clothing for Vanilla submod for? Does vanilla here mean no DLCs, or having achievement / ironman only mods?

BTW, nice work on the mod. Thanks for continuing to maintain it!

The religious clothing submod sets up the priest clothing beyond the defaults. It's separate because it will conflict with any other mods that change the religions file, as well as ironman mode. It's not dlc-related
