BLG multiplayer
If I have installed Blg completely and not my friend, are there any problems in multiplayer? Also where does betterlookinggarbsinstall.exe install in the files if i want to unistall the complete installation?

The mod will make some game changes. That can be reverted with the BLG for Ironman submod.
If you both install BLG it should be compatible even with different portrait sets.
The installation changes the mod itself and won't alter the base game if it's disabled.
