hey
I feel kinda weird being the only discussion but i needed to ask, is mixing potraits fairly hard? (like norse hair with mongol faces) if not could you tell me how to do it because its impossible to google this stuff.

It's usually just a matter of a copied file and a few search&replaces.
Looking at the existing portraits by opening the DLC zip files is a good way to get the basics.
http://www.ckiiwiki.com/Portrait_modding covers most of the instructions.
One more missing trick is adding a offset in the form of :o1x2 at the end of a layer, this is often needed to make hair and beards line up better with the face. (1 = x offset, 2 = y offset, in pixels)
