Return to Rapture 3 red key card not working

All the other key cards worked but the Red key card did not. No matter how much I touched it, the red key card would not work so I could not progress in the game. Bug is in Return to Rapture 3. (I put a note here, as well as in the Rapture 3 section because it looked like everyone was talking more over here.)

For anyone else with this issue you need to use the battery on the shelf next to it because one of the two is missing, then the keycard can be used.
