Chapter 2 doesn´t load

Keep Crashing after I collect the shotgun and while encountering the 2 head crab zumbies.

no music and no narrator sound

Hello Wim, i don't hear the music when the bioshock logo appear and i don't hear the narrator at all. I already reinstalled all the add on but same thing again. Do you know what could be the problem? For the rest wonderful work my friend :)
