Red key card not working

All the other key cards worked but the Red key card did not. No matter how much I touched it, the red key card would not work so I could not progress in the game. Bug is in Return to Rapture 3. (I put a note in Return to Rapture 1 as well as here because it looked like everyone was talking more there.)

You need to insert the battery that are missing before the key card will work.
