Will installing this interrupt a current playthrough of the HL:A Campaign?
This mod looks amazing, and I would love to try it how. However, I worried if installing would disrupt or overwrite my current unfinished playthrough of HL:A. I have yet to install any mods for HL:A so I'm curious as to how it will affect the game itself.

No, I think you should be good, it separates the mods from the base game I think its underneath the "Addons" tab
