"Can you get banned from these?" No, but people will suspect that you're using a third-party cheat or atleast a mod and will get angry enough to eventually report you on steam or kick you out of their versus game, or whatever.
"What are these?" These are infected overhauls, they're all white colored and can be seen through walls (atleast I think that's that.)

You ask why? Well, because that's how people are, they look for superiority, dopamine and feeling good about themselves through a game, winning a "versus competitive" mode.

Many times they do not succeed and hate being bad, at the end of the day seeking their realization that they achieved something they resort to these addons to be able to win their game and "Win" anything in their daily life.
