kinda falls to the same category but could you add an option to make it so only head damage can kill the npcs, idk how it would work on the riots tho but in any case it would be nice

also it would make it so no matter how much you pump those bullets into the body it wouldn't die there for destroying the brain i guess you could say would be the only way to kill them like zombies usually are

I made the zombies as in-game accurate as possible, hence why the instant headshot kill exists while also being possible to kill em via body shots. And no I won't be adding where only the headshot option kills em, this isn't The Walking Dead.
