Class Abilities
Skills
Squaddie:
Light'Em Up: Firing your primary weapon with your first action no longer ends your turn.
Push Forward (The soldier charges across the battlefield more efficiently. If they moved in the last turn, they gain bonus defense. Grants 10 defense.)
Opportunist (The soldier's overwatch shots deal 30% extra damage, and have reduced aim penalty.)

Defender
corporal: Piercing Shot (Fire a shot with with a +20 Bonus to critical chance, and pierces 3 armor. Uses one ammo. 3-turn cooldown.) AWC Perk.
sergeant: Ever Vigilant: Same as vanilla skill.
lieutenant: Sentinel (When in overwatch, you may take two reaction shots.)
captain: Call For Fire (Enter overwatch. All allies in a radius around you also enter overwatch.) AWC Perk.
major: Devastator Rounds (The soldier loads Devastator Rounds into their gun causing it to deal an addtional +2 damage until the end of your next turn.)
colonel: Open Fire (When activated the soldier can fire once at every visible enemy with their Primary Weapon. Each shot fired has reduced crit chance. Costs 3 ammo. 5 turn cooldown.)

Spotter
corporal: Rapid Targeting (You may Holotarget an enemy as a free action with a 4-turn cooldown. In addition, Holotargeting no longer ends your turn.)
sergeant: HiDef Holo (Your Holotargeted enemies are easier to critically hit.)
lieutenant: Independent Tracking (A Holotargeted enemy will remain so for 1 additional turn(s))
captain: Morale Boost (When you kill an enemy, nearby allies temporarily receive bonuses to aim, critical chance and mobility. 4-turn cooldown.)
major: Vital Point Targeting (Attacks against your Holotargeted enemies deal more damage.)
colonel: Multitargeting (You may Holotarget multiple enemies with a 2-turn cooldown.)

Infantry
corporal: Staggering Shot (Fire a shot that is very likely to hit but deals less damage and cannot crit. The target's action points and dodge are reduced for their next turn. 5-turn cooldown) AWC Perk.
sergeant: Adaptive Aim (If a shot is missed, gain +15 aim bonus for next shot. Also applies to Overwatch.) AWC Perk.
lieutenant: Iron Will!: You gain +5 Will and recover from the Confused, Disoriented, Stunned and Panicked conditions much faster than usual.
captain: Ammo Conservation (Activated ability that does not cost an action point. For the remainder of this turn, your ammo will be refunded after each shot you take. 5 turn cooldown.)
major: Evasive Fire (Fire Standard shot at target, if it hits grants a bonus move. 4-turn cooldown.)
colonel: Overtime (Push your body to its limits. Gain 2 extra action points immediately in exchange for losing an action point at a later time.) AWC Perk.

GTS Perks
1. Combat Awareness: Grants 15 defense and two armor points when in overwatch.
2. Flanking Maneuver: +10% to hit and +5% crit against flanked or uncovered enemies.
3. Quick Recovery: When damaged, heal 50% of the damage over time. Max 2 health per turn, 10 health total. In addition the soldier's wound recovery time is reduced.
