Also I think some people mentioned a way to change language dynamically so you don't have to create additional tabs with info for people speaking different languages. It should also allow to translate tasks' descriptions without any inconveniences. This could be a neat feature in the future.
Actually, I only made 2 mini campaigns which aren't identified as actual real campaigns by the game itself. As you said, making actual real campaigns (as the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ones on the main menu) with those scenarios would allow me to create such things, with gear saving and so a connection between all of them.
I'll see if it's not too complicated and/or too long to implement it, as I have less and less time for Arma, and if it's the case, I'll see if I embark on a redesign/fix of these missions.
For the translation, I think you refer about the Stringtable.xml functionnality, which is for me the holy grail... It has always been one of my goals! Unfortunately I never managed to make it work yet but as you said, it would be some much more "beautiful" and useful... as it's actually annoying for me to only provide a translation of the briefing, which is only 1/3 of the text mission
A zip archive is perfect, you can send it to me by email: wwthomahawkww95@gmail.com
or whatever else you want/can
This is actually a good idea !! However civilians gameplay has to be very thoughtful because it can get boring very quickly for some players. But making a mission to get the pov of civilians during war/post war can be really interesting. I keep this idea in mind and will see if I can do something with it ;)
Thank you !
Thanks :D
For the moment, I take a little pause of A3 but i'll come back soon with new scenarios and some that are indeed in Coop !
