If I read your thing correctly, that should be the default options of this mod.
Customise your appearance, switch armours and the current customization will copy over (Global Appearance), but from there on out the 'new' armour can be customised individually.
If you are wearing kevlar and customise the appearance then switch to predator. The kevlar appearance is copied over but any changes you make now (in predator) will only apply to predator. If you switch back to kevlar you will have the 'old' kevlar appearance. And switching back to Predator will have the 'new' predator appearance... ?
You seem to be asking me for a function that already exists. So I am confused :) ? :)

define which customization i can assign to say predator armor and another one for warden armor

this sounds more to me like you want to pre-design your armous in the pool... in which case, Iridars brand new Appearance Manager might be better suited to what you want to do?
Or use Iridars Appearance Manager and the Pool Loadout options it gives ...
... to be able to have a full pre-set appearance for each type of armour.
:( I am yet to find a way to make UC work fully and correct with Iridars Appearance Manager, and this is due to how both mods manipulate a characters 'appearance store' in completely different ways. UC practically forces the game to ignore it and overwrites it, whilst AppMan heavily relies on all the entries in it being set and correct.
It's like having a food item and wanting to eat it both raw and cooked at the same time, yes it can be done but it requires such a high level of knowledge/experience to prepare it right without making it poisonous (game-breaking code).
I'm trying to work towards the same goal of having UC and AppMan work flawlessly alongside each other, because I like the level of freedom UC gives too. But the sad truth is, this may not be possible and it may come to the decision to use one or the other, but not both together :(
I'm sorry I can't be of any further assistance at this time.
