Trying to find the last secret
Been secret hunting and found 5/6 of them

The ones I found are....
  • Secret health by the lake
  • Secret skill point with the 4 Khnums
  • The secret health that spawns the 2 Highlanders
  • The "hate L.I.F.E secrets" secret
  • The secret super health behind the small tower

You missed the secret Johnny. It's a relatively small(er) spider crawling in the mountains. Try finding him at location after mountain graveyard.
