why is it that when there is a party in my town no one wheres a hat cuz when I have this mod on they never have hats but when I take it out they do please help:steamsad:

They don't have a hat because it got completely deleted. Due to the limitations of resource packs, it's either that or the creeper NPC has a party hat on on top of the top hat and monocle, and that looks really really bad.

This was in the mod FAQ, at like, the top of the description.
