I can confirm the bug Ethan Bullock mentioned:
when accumulating AE (e.g. by taking one in a peace treaty), countries will be considered as potential coalition members, even if there will be less than 50 AE for these countries after the peace treaty.
Because of this, AI will not or only very rarely (depending on ruler personality) take any provinces/actions that cause AE with more than three countries, effectively eliminating AI expansion...
The actual forming of these coalitions seems to be not bugged (still only possible when AE i greater than 49), as I (the player) did not get coalitioned to death after taking some land.
I tested it in a run with this mod and others, but the error is also present when ONLY running ITNOK. The error does not appear in a non-modded version of the game (all DLC enabled).
