Not a bug, but you can lose your scythe on certain level when you're out of time. I'll make a different punishment for running the numbers out.

After the "Get that ♥♥♥♥♥ on her feet" dialog, I'm locked on a black screen without anything to do. Seems like some trigger failed to trigger.

should be working without fails now

In the part you recieve the scythe, one of the heavy guys is able to fall through the map making it impossible to clear the level

it happens to them on rare ocasions
i don't think there is anything i can do about the bugs caused by the game itself
