Animation/Texture error workaround
This mod doesn't add a new race but it does add different face sliders, So it should not need any patches...for animations.

Mods that alter the vanilla body such as YAKNM will make any other mods like More Combat Animation, More Idle Animation, etc will bug out because of conflicts.

I highly recommend installing and using Kenshi Mod Manager by millerscout[github.com] on GitHub.

This is not at all an official fix, but a workaround that has worked for me for at least a couple weeks since I first discovered it:

You must load the following mods in these exact positions at the top of your load order.
(Unrelated mods are conflict mods that also can now work with this:)

More Combat Animation
AnimationOverhaul
jrpg_vanilla
More Combat Stance MIABC+
Nude Mod

It works for me just fine. More Combat Animation and More Combat Stance MIABC+ works without patches because it uses Vanilla Greenlander race and skeleton and just adds a face slider and different templates.

Extra notes: Diffusion mods (mods that change the surfaces of textures) will cause mods like JPRG Vanilla to conflict and act wrongly.

These mods include but are not limited to:
Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod
18+ Body
Bouncing Boobs
Different skin textures that change apparel attached to the character.

Please keep in mind that the removal and addition to mods in a save game can and will cause scripts and codes to break which also breaks the save. This is the case in the majority of games.

@Hazzikaze It might be years too late but thank you for this information. Your method above works for me (using the Nude Mod)

However, it seems Yet Another Kenshi Nude Mod does not work for me, though, as it causes the split-face issue.

NOTE: I didn't use Kenshi Mod Manager, just the mods.cfg

YAKNM may or may not be outdated or there may be something of the same category of mods conflicting. I'd need to jump back into the Kenshi modding scene to confirm. If I could see your Load Order, it would probably help.

The reason I say I recommend it is because it can snuff out things like conflicts and why the list isn't working as intended. But alas like i said in my other reply, I need to (and probably will soon) get back to modding and playing Kenshi. Only then can I be 100% sure about any new fixes.

Edit: After re installing and re reading, YAKNM is a diffuse mod. It will conflict with anything such as animation mods, and anything listed above. The reason NM is in the list and not YAKNM is because of this conflict. YAKNM will not work without the necessary patches that encompass any animation/skeleton/race/etc changes. If you need a more detailed explanation let me know.

It work but YAKNM should be loaded before JRPG vanilla
