Lethal Debuff Never Activates
I tamed an omega lethal direwolf and upgraded it to paragon X. It's lethal ability activated in 3 boss fights, then never worked again. I have used this wolf in countless fights since then and yes I am aware that it has A CHANCE to activate, but the fact that it never activates is highly frustrating considering how many paragon souls I have wasted in upgrading it

your dmg per hit compared to the targets max life , thats the trigger condition

so if you only do 0.01% max life dmg per hit, your proc chance is 0.03%

if you do 10% max life dmg as hit , your proc chance is 30%
