Omega Souls and Paragon Souls are invisible

When I kill an Omega or a Paragon Dino the soul drops and I can hear it and pick it up when I locate it but it is always invisible when it drops. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

reset your ark settings, one of them makes it invisible...
