unique dinos

how do i get a higher chance to get the unique i want i was spawning a lot and i got nothing is there a way to choose or have higher chances for a unique dino?

beside the miracle to boost its spawn, no the base spawn rate is 1 to 500

with the miracle from the endless lucky group god its 1 to 250

also be aware that most uniques are useless in the late to end game
