I hope you realise that boosting stats will make bosses exponentially stronger
HP per Stat alone to 2 will make the bosses do 10 times their base dmg
And 2 for melee per level will ~ divide your dmg vs bosses by 12 times: 24k dmg = 2k vs bosses
Same apply for breeding, max level and other settings

In general: the more you move away from vanilla settings, the worse your experience will get
