Unique Ethereal Spear

Hello,
how can i Upgrade the Spear (Primitive, 100% Dmg)?
Imbue Workbence tells me "This Wapon cannot be Upgrade further".
The Upgrade Station do not work as well. It uses my Souls but the Spear is still 100% dmg and white.

Flockerkill has ARK: Survival Evolved

by getting a better dropped by killing a creature higher than basic tier , its still only a chance to get it dropped
