Souls disapearing

Hi just noticed we was saving up souls in the workbench and went to check for them to notice all of them had gone :(

Help or is this normal?

You sure, that you or your tribe members did not craft something with them?

nope they did not, only 2 of us and we always leave them in the workbench and went to use them and then they was just gone
