How do you increase the spawn rate of variant-holding dino?

I am Japanese and write through a translator. Sorry if it is hard to read.
I have added a mod to play multiplayer, but there are not many dinosaurs that have variant. I want almost all the dinosaurs to be born with variant.
The map is Olympus and the server is built using Ark Server Manager.

dont use mod that alter vanilla dinos
like krakens better dinos or classic flyers
