We have reduced the chance of that Theft event in the internal version. It is pity for me that I can't see Meiling's face so often XD, but it is important for the game balance.
The overpowered army is somewhat WAD, since I think some (if not all) Touhou factions could reach the level of Brandenburg/Prussia. There are no too powerful Touhou units in the late game (it means no Red Coat Gensokyan Infantry), so I wish the balance between Touhou factions and other vanilla countries would be normalized in the late game around the 18th century. Further tweaking of the game balance will be needed though.
There will be more SDM events in the future, of course. We are learning how to present and represent Touhou factions in EU4 with the minimum weirdness, and we have gathered some experiences, luckily. Now we are discussing about the faction of Cirno and her co., but the already existing factions will get some love too.
