I'm going to use this thread to catalog some suggest 'flavor' tweaks, since I'm mostly doing things like thinking of ideas, proofread changes, and adding more descriptions and stuff. Things like that. I've only done a little bit for now, but here's what I've done...

~ Government Changes
Change "Hakurei Shrine" government to "Hakurei Union"
Add description to "Hakurei Union":
hakurei_shrine_desc: "Joint rule between the Shrine Maiden Reimu Hakurei and the Youkai of Borders, Yukari Yakumo. The two help one another, although only one assumes direct rule of the nation at a time. Each rules until they decide to step down."
Add description to "Kirisame Dictatorship":
kirisame_dictatorship_desc: "A form of rule enforced by the Magician, Marisa Kirisame. The Seven-Colored Puppeeter, Alice Margatroid, helps her out, although the two of them could easily change places to directly rule."
Add description to "Scarlet Principality":
scarlet_republic_desc: "A form of princedom, ruled by the Scarlet Devil, Remilia Scarlet. Her Chief Maid, Sakuya Izayoi, helps her rule from behind the scenes - or from the throne, when she feels like taking a break."
