That being said I have some suggestions regarding Britannia special buildings as some have been suggested for the region.
Region: Britannia
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Building Name: Palace of Winchester
location(in-game if you can): Winchester, Earldom of Hampshire
Description: If the great series of royal churches in Winchester are anything to judge by, the old English royal palace would have been of Carolingian scale and magnificence.
While nothing remains today of the ancient palaces of the early English Kings, the palace at Winchester has been described as splendid, made of stone with glazed windows, an elaborate residence. The Anglo Saxons loved display and decoration, so the hall would have featured carved decoration on wood, inside and out. The art and architectural history of Alfred’s time suggests the possibility that actual continental models, including the Palace at Aachen itself perhaps, may have influenced it's construction.

Building Name : Cornish Mining Settlement (Cornish Tin Mines)
location(in-game if you can) : Exeter, Earldom of Devon AND Launceston, Earldom of Cornwall
Description : Mining in Cornwall and Devon have been a near constant since the early Bronze Age. Tin, and later copper, were the most commonly extracted metals from these settlements, though other metals like sliver, zinc, and arsenic have been extracted throughout the ages. It is said that these mines were the reason for the Roman invasion of Britain and was it's ore was used in coinage and was extensively used in pewter manufacture. During the first half of the 12th century Devon provided most of the tin for Europe.

Building Name : Scone Priory
location(in-game if you can) : St Johnson, Earldom of Gowrie
Description : Scone was an ancient gathering place of the Picts, and was probably the site of an early Christian church. Little can be found of the early history of the site, mostly due to Scotland's particularly turbulent history having likely caused the loss or destruction of many documents. Dates given for the establishment of Scone Priory have ranged from 1114 A.D. to 1122 A.D. However, historians have long believed that Scone was before that time the center of the early medieval Christian cult of the Culdees, who may have worshipped at Scone since 700 A.D. Scone was from at least the 9th century the crowning-place of the Kings of Scots and home to the Stone of Scone, more commonly referred to as the Stone of Destiny, which was an oblong block of red sandstone that has been used for centuries in the coronation of the monarchs of Scotland having been brought to Scotland from Iona by the first King of Scotland Cináed mac Ailpin. Cináed mac Ailpin, Shakespeare's Macbeth, Robert the Bruce, and Charles II number amongst the 38 kings of Scots inaugurated and crowned at Scone. It was believed that no king had a right to reign as king of Scots unless he had first been crowned at Scone upon the Stone of Scone.

Building Name : Edinburgh Castle
location(in-game if you can) : Edinburgh, Earldom of Lothian
Description : Edinburgh Castle is a historic fortress which dominates the skyline of Edinburgh from its position on the Castle Rock, a volcanic plug in the middle of the city. Archaeologists have established human occupation of the rock since at least the Iron Age (2nd century AD), although the nature of the early settlement is unclear. There has been a royal castle on the rock since at least the reign of David I in the 12th century, and the site continued at times to be a royal residence until 1633. As one of the most important strongholds in the Kingdom of Scotland, Edinburgh Castle was involved in many historical conflicts from the Wars of Scottish Independence in the 14th century to the Jacobite rising of 1745. It is believed that the Castle has undergone 26 sieges in its 1,100-year history, giving it a claim to having been the most besieged place in Great Britain and one of the most attacked structures in the world.

Building Name : Cardiff Castle
location(in-game if you can) : Caerdydd, Lordship of Morgannwg
Description : The future site of Cardiff Castle was first used by the Romans as a defensive location for many years. The fort had an irregular shape, determined by the River Taff that flowed along the west side of the walls, and would have directly overlooked the harbor. This Roman fort was probably occupied at least until the end of the 4th century. The modern Cardiff Castle was built during the Norman Invasion of Wales in the late 1000s. The site was chosen due to the existing Roman infrastructure, the fact the site was close to the sea and could be easily supplied by ship, was well protected by the Rivers Taff and Rhymney, and also controlled the old Roman road running along the coast. Cardiff Castle was repeatedly involved in the conflicts between the Anglo-Normans and the Welsh, being attacked several times in the 12th century, and stormed in 1404 during the revolt of Owain Glyndŵr.
Good Idea! In the next update, in addition to your comments, Caernarfon Castle, Dover Castle and Rochester Cathedral will be added. Thanks a lot! Now, It's time to build Unique Buildings in Britannia! XD
I don't suppose it's possible to add multiple special buildings to some holdings based on culture? So using York as an example:
Grand temple: if you are Norse,
Clifford's tower: if you are Norman or English
York Minster: if you are Anglo Saxon
Would add an interesting cultural shift/balance to certain holdings and add more depth to changing cultures to get different special building perks. I don't know if anything like that is possible i'm not really modder but would be a cool feature. xD
Maybe some could be added as normal holding buildings? Like the 'more duchy capital buildings' mod, so unique to that holding rather than a special building gives greater variety to the types of buildings in each location instead of all having, farms, port, hunting grounds etc with one unique building?
That is strange. You should be able to build a Grand Temple in Jorvik with characters like Halfdan "Whiteshirt" in 867 with Northern Lords installed. Thats how it should be with the new patch shifting Asatru holy sites. That being said as of now there is no way to have multiple special buildings to be picked from to build (as I know of), but you can make special buildings upgradable (such as the Hagia Sophia). If 티에 wants to incorperate one of your buildings without overriding the Grand Temple, perhaps he can have one of your buildings be an upgrade to the Grand Temple? With a christian requirement, sort of like the Temple at Uppsala in Sweden. Im currently crafting special buildings for Scandanavia, and that is how I am basing alot of thee buildings on. Asatru viking Tier 1 special buildings able to be upgraded to tier 2 Christian buildings.
Well, I will work similarly in York, just as I worked on the Parthenon instead of the holy-site in Athens. This means that I will soon add a unique building to York under the name 'The Church of York.' It would be similar to The Partenon in my mod, 'The Church of Parthenos Maria' and 'The Parthenon'. According to the information I found, 'York Minster' was newly built after the fire in 741. The church and the entire area then passed through the hands of numerous invaders, and its history is obscure until the 10th century
Based on this information, 'The Church of York' has 2 stages. One is 'The Grand Heathen Temple of York' the other is 'The York Minster' The user can build "The Grand Heathen Temple of York'" by 867, but by 1066, the "York Minster" will have already been built.
Thanks!
Unfortunately, Mount athos is already added within the mod. It's in the 'Rendira' holding. However, Thank you for your interest in adding a unique building! XD!
@Emrysvaldr, thanks for the tip, I actually found the issue I had an out of date mod that was overriding the religious updates, i've removed it and its all working now, I had similar problem with the new snow mechanic, I had an out of date map graphics mod. Thank you though. :)

Santa Catalina Church
Valencia, Spain
Built: 13th Century (1200+)
Santa Catalina Church is one of the oldest in Valencia. The church dates from the Middle Ages, and is built on the site of a former mosque. It is the only Gothic church in the city.
Could be a good one for late-game or with requirement that Valencia is Catholic from what I read it was built after the Roman Catholic conquest of Valencia.

Nice Idea! I'll look at the Valencia region in the game and add it to the next update if I think there's no problem! Thx!
