Report a translation problem
The corporations will take the ethic of one of the free pops on the planet. If that ethic is not vanilla, it will take the gestalt ethic instead. Nothing gamebreaking or anything, just bad for immersion :P
For planet types:
On the registry screen, we display the icon of the planet type. To do that, we have to check against every possible value (because of script limitations). So non vanilla types will be displayed as tomb world. Again, nothing game breaking at all, just a lack of immersion :P
Both of these issues can very easily be fixed via a patch mod.
