Magnahorn seems currently untameable. The KO part with concussive weapons works fine, but normal tranq hits just never register while it is on the ground. We got like 3 registered and dealing torpor to it in over 500 shots, its hitbox is extremely inconsistent, and that combined with the fact that its torpor drains crazy fast makes it pretty much untameable, even attempting with multiple people pelting it while down proved unsuccessful. I can record a video of the issue should that prove necessary.
