So in the pond/lake area, there is that platform, right? Go under there and begin hugging and jumping at the walls while crouched, you should eventually get into a secret room, I'll try to post a picture of it asap.

Underneath the concrete platform above the lake, if you go under and go to the right-side wall, around the back wall there's a square you can fit into. You'll know you're near it because you'll start trying to climb onto land when you're against it.

It's a mossy small corridor that leads you to a glowing blue light, touching this light will teleport you to someplace where you're facing a steel door behind an iron gate.
Behind you and to your left will be dark hallways.
