Update 4!
New update guys see the notes! :)

Because I am OLD and SENILE I have forgot that vanilla soldiers have the head slot locked so I have added a new belt item special for soldiers with the head implant included.

Recruitment added in Black Desert City!

There should spawn between 1-3 recruis every 24 ingame h
