Update 0.0.2

- Fixed texture glitch
- Added RPG texture
- Added sound on shoot
- changed weapon to admin only (as it can cause a server to crash easily)
- weapon category is now in "Skates SWEPS"

You can turn off admin only by using GMAD extractor, extracting the "gma" file and then in lua > weapons > chairlauncher.lua (in line 12 change "SWEP.AdminOnly to false")
