This mod has been outdated for some time now and it will continue to be. Reports of the mod being outdated date back to as early as March 2015. From the major modding point of view, the Goat Simulator modding community has died. Mini mods (E.g Maps, minor Goat adjustments.) are still coming out, but the big stuff (Such as Surgeon Goat) has died. And no force loading the game doesn't fix anything, all you get is a crash. But to those who do want this to work, just remember you're in the same boat that I was once in. Back in 2016 I desperately wanted this to work, I persisted, but if something is truly broken for all of time, one can't fix it. However, one can try and make their own version of such thing using a variety of tools and guides. But considering how long this mod has been outdated, it seems no one is willing to step up and make a new version. (or something like this).
