... Honestly, you nailed this one almost perfectly, just a few things to note
1. The Buff on Skeet shot isn't acting liking a straight team wide buff its instead giving separate team wide buffs for each targets it hits. Right now at level 1 Skeet Shot, its a +5 ACC and -5% Stress, but when you hit 4 targets, the buff the team gains is +20 ACC and -20 Stress.
I don't know if this is intentional or not, if it is, it makes this skill wildly imbalanced.
2. Remove the Back 1 on Buck Shot. I tend to run Musketeer in rank 3 with some other support or DPS behind her with a Sniper's Ring. I want to use Buck Shot as a good front line sweep,but that would mess with the positions.
This is a really specific scenario though, and I don't know whether you'll consider this worth changing the skill over.
3. Make the Ignore PROT 20% and reduce the Bonus DMG/CRIT a tiny bit. I really like the Minie ball angle for the skill but the current Ignore PROT doesn't feel quite enough to matter. (Also change the tool tip to be Ignore PROT, instead of Ignore protection, just for consistency sake)
4. This is more of a personal request given how I kit her, but could you make some of the skills work in Position 2? Side arm is a likely default option if shes stuck in the front, but if you had say Buck Shot, Call Shot, and Patch up work in Position 2, it would make that specific scenario a little bit more interesting.
Still though, this is by far your best rework! not to little and not to much.
SIDE NOTE: So after looking at it closely, Skeet Shot works ... really odd. So regardless if it hit or miss, ACC is buffed ... but it still depends on the amount of enemies it would of hit. So if I missed 4 monster, it still net +20 ACC. The Stress Buff only applies when it hits, so again, wildly inconsistent.
Edit: UPDATE (see description)
- Fixed buff on Skeet Shot not working properly
- PROT bypass is now more noticeable (with 20% you now see at least a 1-2 dmg difference vs high prot enemies already at low level). The skill is now just a little less mark-synergistic for balance.
- Buck Shot still moves her back, is usable from rank 2.
-> this should give you more options but I really think of her primarily as a backline support/damage dealer. Do you take this skill for when she gets pulled to the front or do you spend a turn on buffing and retreating with her new Move skill which also reloads her pistol?
