Bugs
Just posting any bugs I find in here instead of clogging up the comments

Fire is floating in undercover part
This area has no player clip while the similar area upstairs does
This area also doesn't have any player clip, leading to nodraw
There is a platform right after you go outside from spawn which has no collision

I think you should compile with the VRAD arguments -staticproppolys and -staticproplighting as, with this worse case scenario I found, you can see that the box is completely lit up despite being completely in shadow, and the barrels are completely dark despite having light coming in from the window hitting the wall behind them, and some props around the map are missing shadows where I think it'd be nice to see them.
Those props in the screenshot were actually physics props so it'd make no difference.

Started the map and got emo-textures covering my face from above (raindrops have missing textures). I've got the CS:S, so it's probably from the CoD (obviously, LOL). Also lots of effects have got missing textures as well.

Did you subscribe to the content addon? That has the materials and textures.

That’s definitely to do with another addon you’ve got because of all the known problems I’ve worked on so far thats not remotely one of em

the rain is pink checkerboards, and there's a checkerboard pattern that flickers over my screen where the physics gun is located.
