Current Features
- Herbalist's Quarters
Allows you to nominate a courtier as Court Physician, who will be able to treat your and your family's illnessess. When upgraded, gives access to more complex diseases and adds a small disease resistance to the capital county.

- Castle Library
Monthly tech points and piety, and a few events, possibility to get stat increase to learning.

- Personal Study
No initial bonuses, but grants you a new decision, "use study". You can study technology or write something. A handful of event chains starting from "use study", with possible outcomes of tech points, stat increases, traits, opinion increases and more.

- Garden
Same (almost) as in palace garden: upgradeable, monthly prestige, diplomacy increase. Also, a possibility to soothen your nerves when stressed, and lift your spirit when depressed. Hedge maze can increase your intrigue...

- Wine Cellar
increases fertility and stewardship (you can save some money buying wines in greater volumes and storing it.) if you are a
drunkard, well, you might consider not building it. Can be upgraded with a Great banquet hall, granting a bonus to diplomacy.

- Secret Passage
increases your intrigue. Spending too much time crawling through the cramped tunnels might have a side effect though.

- Training Yard
bonus to martial, and possibly to health. Also, if you end up with Misguided Warrior trait, you may ask your Marshal to be your tutor to eventually upgrade your educational trait.

- Chapel
Monthly piety. You can try to purge demons from your courtiers if you have the Chapel! Also, if you end up with Detached Priest trait, you may ask your Court Chaplain to be your tutor to eventually upgrade your educational trait.

- Observatory
Culture tech points + spread, but negative piety. Church does not like your interest towards astronomy.

- Upgrade your tier 1 educational trait!
If you have the corresponding upgrade and a competent councillor, you can enhance your skills in the field you received an awful education when you were young.

- Random events and a few upgrades to patrician family palace's too
Originally this mod aimed to add the benefits of a family palace to feudal rulers, but some upgrades ended up being completely new. They have been added to family palaces too.
