The radio also uses such a service, so you can enter a YouTube url directly. This service has an API for such applications. However even this service has proven to be quite unreliable. Many users were screeming like little children because their YouTube urls were not working, because they can not read the help or the description and/or because the service was broken again. This are the two reasons I officaly dropped support for YouTube.
