ERROR Model spawns instead of radio

Everytime I spawn the radio in with the radio spawner tool. There is just a large red error model instead of the radio and it doesn't play the music. I've tried different models including the default Half-Life 2 radio that doesn't require any additional models at all.

Restart your game. It is always needed after you download or mount an addon.
