You put in the file in garrysmod/sound folder. Then you can browse it in the Radio GUI or put in the relative path as url via the tool gun. It's the easiest way you can use it, because of GMod limits. garrysmod/sound/yourmusic.mp3 -> url: sound/yourmusic.mp3

I'm also really sick of killing my nervous system to explain people that they should read these things, if they have issues. ♥♥♥♥♥ this thing even has an ingame help because of that.
Actually the playlist editor is easiest way to add music to a playlist, as it is an ingame tool with a GUI.
