- Game version
- Version of the radio addon
- Does the server or use use a customized and/or reuploaded version of the radio?
- Server tickrate
- URL/File you try to play
- Specs (Upload and download speeds) of your internet connection
- Does it also happen in single player or on local multiplayer (listen server)?
- Does it happen on other servers aswell?

> No idea what that is.
> I usually use Youtube to MP3 converters to get the music. (Like ytmp3 or youtube-to-mp3) and I don't have the link saved.

> Same as above, it's with the addon itself.
Your problem does not seem to be caused by the server, so we can narrow down to the client questions. The versions (game and addon) seems to be fine. Your internet is fine too.
About Youtube:

Using converers on the radio is unreliable. The radio has an auto converting service (just paste the Youtube URL in) via an online API that works a little bit better, but that is also still unreliable. I do not give any user support for any youtube related issues for that reason. For info about this is in the link above.
What's the best reliable way to play links? I'll see if I could verify cache, mabye that could help.
